Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha discussed the issues on Arctic at the Ministry of Earth Sciences on April 9, 2015. He highlighted the strategic aspects of the Arctic and their implications. The discussion is a prelude to the Arctic inter-ministerial meeting to be held on May 5, 2015.
