Uttam Sinha Attends 4th CSCAP Meeting on Water Issues in Thailand

Dr Uttam Sinha, Research Fellow, IDSA, attended the 4th and final meeting on Water Resource Security, organised by the Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia Pacific (CSCAP) in Chiang Rai, Thailand on April 30, 2012. The meeting was organised to prepare a memorandum and summary of meeting for the Steering Committee in June 2012 in Malaysia. Dr Sinha represented CSCAP-India in the meetings.
