Ruchita Beri, Uttam Sinha speak at India-Africa RT by Shyama Prasad Mookherjee Research Foundation, New Delhi

IDSA scholars, Ms Ruchita Beri and Dr Uttam Sinha spoke at the India-Africa Roundtable by organised by the Shyama Prasad Mookherjee Research Foundation, New Delhi, on October 19, 2015.
