Senior Research Associate, IDSA, Dr Rajiv Nayan participated in the International Nuclear Experts’ Meet in Tokyo on March 11, 2012. Organised on the anniversary of the earthquake and tsunami that caused the disaster in the Fukushima reactor on March 11, 2011, the meet discussed the fragile state of global nuclear orders.
