Rahul Mishra Speaks on Myanmar at Pondicherry University

Research Assistant, IDSA, Dr Rahul Mishra spoke on Myanmar at an international conference, jointly organised by Public Diplomacy Division of Ministry of External Affairs India, ICSSR and Pondicherry University on March 11-13, 2013. Some of the prominent speakers at the conference included Prof Pushpesh Pant, Prof M. Ramadass, Prof Devendra Kaushik, Ambassador (Retd) Deb Mukherjee, Prof VT Patil, Prof Manmohini Kaul, Prof P Sahadevan, Dr Lawrence Prabhakar, Claude Arpi and Dr Arvind Kumar.
