PK Gautam Attends Seminar on Tibet's Relation with Himalayas, Presents Paper on Buddhism in Himalayan Belt

Research Fellow, IDSA, Col PK Gautam (Retd) attended a two day seminar on ‘Tibet's Relation with Himalayas’ organised by the Department of International Relations, Sikkim University, Gangtok and the Foundation for Non- Violent Alternatives, New Delhi at Gangtok, from April 13-14, 2013. He presented a paper titled ‘Update on Buddhism in the Himalayan Belt- Revisiting Policy Issues’ on April 13, 2013.
