Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Namrata Goswami spoke on ‘Can We List a Few Counter-Terrorism Best Practices’, at the Counter-terrorism Conference organised by Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice, the India Foundation, and the Government of Rajasthan from March 18 -21, 2015, at Jaipur.
