Member of German Parliament and Spokes person for Foreign Affairs of the Parliamentary Group of CDU/CSU in the German Bundestag (German Parliament), Mr Philipp Missfelder, Spoke on ‘Partnering with the world to ensure resource security’ at IDSA on July 5, 2012.
