Associate Fellow, IDSA, Dr M Mahtab Alam Rizvi presented a paper, titled ‘Changing Dynamics of India-Iran Relations: An Assessment of Trade and Investment’, during an International Conference on India and Iran in Contemporary Relations, on November 8, 2013. The conference was organised at the Centre for Indian Ocean Studies, Osmania University, Hyderabad.
