Jagannath Panda Talk on Rise of China and India at CAW, Secunderabad

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Jagannath Panda delivered a talk on ‘Rise of China: Implications for India’ at the College of Air Warfare (CAW), Secunderabad, on October 11, 2013. The lecture was a part the Higher Air Command Course (HACC), organised by CAW in the rank of Group Captain. Almost 32 participants attended the talk.
