An interaction with Norwegian Defence Attache in Moscow, Brigadier Tom Nesse; Norwegian Defence Attache in Beijing, Colonel Trond Kaalsaas and Norwegian Defence Attache in New Delhi, Captain Hogne Rykkje, was organised at IDSA on April 29, 2014. The DAs discussed the situation in Ukraine and South and East China Seas.
