ICRS Head, Mary Werntz Discusses International Humanitarian Law With DG, IDSA

The Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRS), Ms Mary Werntz, met Director General, IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta, on December 11, 2012 and discussed trends in international humanitarian law. She said ICRS is strictly neutral and works in India in accordance with their agreement with the Government of India.
