Associate Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr Gulbin Sultana participated in a panel discussion on ‘Impact of the Ensuing Elections in Sri Lanka for India’ at the India International Centre (IIC) on 18 September 2024. Other panellists were included Amb Yashvardhan Sinha, Shri Aditya Gowdara Shivamurthy, Vice Admiral (Retd) Shekhar Sinha, PVSM, AVSM. Shri KN Shrivastava, Director, IIC, chaired the event.
