Former Secretary AS Dulat Speaks on Kashmir Problem and Pakistan at IDSA

Former Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat and an Advisor on Kashmir to former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Mr AS Dulat delivered a talk on ‘Kashmir problem, the Pakistani role in upsetting political efforts to break the impasse and the possible road ahead’ at IDSA on May 6, 2013. The talk was a part of the ongoing series of talks by India’s former intelligence professionals to share their perspectives on India’s security and strategic environment.
