DG IDSA Talks on Developments in the Neighbourhood at Naval War College, Goa

Director General IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta attended a Mid-Career Interaction between the Armed Forces and IAS/IPS Officers at the Naval War College, Goa and delivered a talk on ‘Developments in our Neighbourhood’ on September 11, 2013. The Naval War College receives the IDSA publications regularly and looks forward to further enhancing the cooperation.
