DG, IDSA Interacts with Spokesperson, Chinese Foreign Ministry, Mr Qin Gang

Director General, IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta, had an interaction with the Head of the Public Diplomacy Division and spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Mr Qin Gang, over lunch on May 14, 2013. The Lunch was hosted by Joint Secretary, (PD), Ministry of External Affairs, Ms Riva Ganguly Das.
