DG IDSA Delivers Inaugural Speech at Capacity Building Programme for Social Scientists at BHU

Director Genera, IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta delivered an inaugural speech on ‘National Security’ at a gathering of social scientists at the Malaviya Centre for Peace Research, Bananas Hindu University (BHU) on January 10, 2014. The programme was sponsored by ICSSR and UNESCO.
