DG, IDSA Attends 9th Meeting of ICWA Governing Council

Director General, IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta attended the 9th meeting of the Indian Council of World Affairs’ (ICWA) Governing Council held on May 15, 2013, at ICWA. Vice President of India and President of ICWA, Mr M Hamid Ansari chaired the meeting.
