Chair Uttam Sinha Initiates Discussion on Water Dispute Resolution at Dead Sea

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha, as the Chair of the Working Group on Water Dispute Resolution Mechanism, initiated a discussion on water dispute resolution at the Dead Sea, in Jordan, on May 18, 2013.

The Working Group is part of the Strategic Studies Network of the National Defense University, Washington DC. Uttam Sinha was nominated Chair of the group in Bangkok in November 2102.
