Who Influences What Spheres

Recently, in an interview with the French daily, Le Matin, the Prime Minister in discussing the developments in Afghanistan is reported to have pointed out that country is on the Soviet border. The Prime Minister then referred to US armed interventions in Latin America. No doubt Mrs. Gandhi is right in drawing a comparison between the Soviet and American policies in their spheres of influence.
