Book Review

Nuclear weapons proliferation remains a concern for international security. While it is argued that nuclear weapons have prevented potential wars between great powers since the end of the Second World War, it is a fact that the existence of such weapons has created serious security threats. At the same time, the world remains divided between the nuclear haves and have-nots, and given the military and strategic significances of nuclear weapons, the possibility of States seeking them never diminishes.
