Brig Dahiya Discusses India’s Relations with Neighbouring Countries with American University Professors

Prof. Louis W. Goodman, Professor and Dean and Prof. Amitav Acharya, UNESCO Chair in Trans-national Challenges and Governance, both from American University, had an interaction with Dy. Director General with regard to India’s relations with its neighbours, particularly Pakistan, China and US, on February 16, 2012. There was an exchange of views about the future trajectory of China’s rise as a global power.
