Senior Researcher, Arctic, Ocean, and Russia programme from Fridtjof Nansen Institute (FNI), Oslo, Norway Dr Andreas Østhagen spoke on ‘Arctic Geopolitics and India’ at a round table interaction on 19 January 2024. The interaction was chaired by Director General, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Amb Sujan R. Chinoy. Filippa Braarud from the Norwegian Embassy in India and MP-IDSA scholars enriched the discussions.
