DPK Pillay Delivers Lecture to Officers from Discipline and Vigilance Branch of Army Headquarters

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA Col DPK Pillay delivered a lecture to the officers from the Discipline and Vigilance Branch of Army Headquarters on 11 February 2025.  Col Pillay spoke on specific aspects of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) relevant to Army operations, including India’s experience in peace keeping operations and the international conflicts, as well as out of area contingencies.
