Vishal Chandra Participates in the Fifth Herat Security Dialogue

Research Fellow, IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra participated in the Fifth Herat Security Dialogue (HSD-V) on ‘Violence and Political Order’, organised by the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) at Herat, Afghanistan, on October 14-15, 2016.

The two-day dialogue brought together Afghan, regional and international experts and officials to deliberate upon the aforesaid theme.
