Uttam Sinha Speaks at 19th International River Symposium in New Delhi

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha spoke at the 19th International River Symposium in New Delhi on September 14, 2016. He spoke during the session on Civil Society and Transboundary Water Management Experiences from South Asia and South East Asia. This was the first time that New Delhi organised the River Symposium on September 12-14, 2016.
