Dr Uttam Sinha, Research Fellow, IDSA, spoke on ‘India@70. Modi@3.5’ at a roundtable discussion on ‘Milestones in Governance and National Security – 2014-2017’ organised by the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library (NMML) and Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee Research Foundation at NMML on October 16, 2017.
