Director General, IDSA, Amb. Sujan R. Chinoy delivered a Lecture on ‘India and Its Neighbourhood’ at the Centre for Asia-Pacific Initiatives (CAPI), University of Victoria, on January 21, 2020. The lecture covered India's ‘Neighbourhood First Policy’, cross-border terrorism, SAARC, Gulf, maritime security, Act East, India-China, Indo-Pacific and the rationale behind the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).
