    Deputy Director General, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Gp Capt Ajey Lele’s article ‘Putin’s visit to North Korea and Kim’s dream to dominate space’ has been published in First Post on 21 June 2024.

    There could be a trade-off where Moscow provides satellite technology in exchange for military weapons or equipment from Pyongyang, says Gp Capt Lele.
