Research Fellow, IDSA, Col PK Gautam (Retd) presented a paper titled, ‘Typology and Concepts of Wars in Ancient Indian Traditions in Kautilya's Arthashastra’ at a National Seminar on Kautilya's Arthashastra, organised by the Chanakya Institute of Leadership Studies,  University of Mumbai, along with the Indian Council of Philosophical Research, on November 1, 2017.
