Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Jagannath Panda delivered the keynote speech on ‘India-Vietnam Infrastructural Cooperation’ at an International Conference on ‘India-Vietnam: Strengthening Economic Ties’ organised by Nehru Memorieal Museum & Library (NMML), in association with Centre for Vietnam Studies and Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in New Delhi, on July 26, 2018. The conference was supported by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi.
