Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr. Jagannath Panda's piece ‘India-ROK: The Search for a Post-Pandemic Comprehensive Partnership’ has been published in 38 North at the Stimson Centre, Washington DC on October 05, 2020.
