    Director General, IDSA, Amb. Sujan R. Chinoy’s article on Pakistan’s stand on Kashmir, titled ‘Global community favours bilateral framework on Kashmir, but Pak refuses to see writing on wall’ has been published by ‘The Indian Express’ on September 02, 2019.
