Director General, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Amb. Sujan. R. Chinoy co-chaired with former Home Secretary, Shri GK Pillai, a meeting with senior officials of the North East states, MHA and NEC for ‘Documentation of disputes between states of NE region for action by MHA’- a project given to MP-IDSA by the Home Ministry. The Project is headed by Amb. Chinoy and coordinated by Research Fellow, MP-IDSA. Col. D.P.K Pillay.
