Adil Rasheed Participates in Conference on Studying Drivers of Radicalization by SESRI

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr. Adil Rasheed participated in an International Conference on ‘Studying Drivers of Radicalization’, organised by the Social and Economic Survey Research Institute (SESRI) of the Qatar University in Doha, on September 7-8, 2019.

The conference, which brought together scholars and policymakers from across the globe to present research findings and policy experience relevant to the conceptualisation and measurement of radicalization, covered the role of evidence-based policy in combating extremism, of assessing risk factors for this phenomenon, of ways to control and combat it, of processes of extremism and resilience, and of new approaches in measuring extremism and intolerance.
