Vishal Chandra Invited as Discussant for ICWA Sapru House Paper on Crisis in Afghanistan

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra was invited as a Discussant to the Virtual Sapru House Paper Discussion on State Collapse and the Crisis in Afghanistan, organised by the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), New Delhi, on 19 October 2022.

The discussion panel included Dr Dhananjay Tripathi, Associate Professor, Department of International Relations, South Asian University (SAU), New Delhi; and was chaired by Prof Gulshan Sachdeva, Centre for European Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi.
