    Assistant Director, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Col Rajeev Agarwal’s commentary ‘UN Security Council and India’s Inclusion: Time to End the Debate’ has been published by the T20 India Secretariat on 10 February 2023.

    India’s seat at the UN Security Council is a foregone conclusion, therefore, it is not a question of ‘if’ but ‘when’, says Col Agarwal.
