S Samuel C. Rajiv Presents Paper on ‘Defence Public Sector Units and Exports’ at MP-IDSA Fellows Seminar

Associate Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr S Samuel C. Rajiv presented a paper on ‘Defence Public Sector Units and Exports’ at the MP-IDSA Fellows Seminar on 31 May 2023.

Former Financial Advisor (Acquisition) Ministry of Defence, and Former Distinguished Fellow, MP-IDSA Mr Amit Cowshish chaired the Seminar and conducted the proceedings.

The External Discussants for the Paper were Sr Dy GM, International Marketing, BEL, Dr Manisha Mathur, and Senior Fellow, ORF, Mumbai Dr Sameer Patil. The Internal Discussants included Senior Fellow, Gp Capt Rajiv Kumar Narang (Retd) and Research Fellow Col (Dr) Rajneesh Singh.
