OPCW Director General Speaks on Reinforcing Norm Against Chemical Weapons

The Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses along with the National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC) organised a talk by Director General, Organisation for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), HE Mr Ahmet Uzumcu, on ‘Reinforcing the Norm Against Chemical Weapons’, on September 3, 2015. Former Ambassador to The Netherlands, Shri RN Prasad presided over the event.
