MP-IDSA organised a talk by Dr Marc Julienne, Head of China Research at the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI, Paris) on 23 October 02023. Dr Julienne discussed French/European perspective on China, Indo Pacific, Trans-Atlantic relations, and War in Ukraine.
