Research Fellow Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Col DPK Pillay participated in a panel discussion on ‘The Geneva Convention at 75: New Humanitarian Challenges and Emerging Responses’ at the 10th International Conference on International Law. The Conference was organised by the International Committee of the Red Cross’ Regional Delegation at New Delhi, in collaboration with the Indian Society of International Law (ISIL), at the India Habitat Centre, on 26 October 2024.
