Bipin Bakshi Receives MEA Official Ambarish Vemuri

Deputy Director General Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Maj Gen (Dr) Bipin Bakshi (Retd) received in his office, Mr Ambarish Vemuri, Under Secretary, Foreign Policy Planning, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, on 19 October 2022, and presented him with a copy of the Journal for Defence Studies on Exploring the Roots of India's Strategic Culture.

Also present were Ms Sumita Kumar, Ms Aparna Krishna and Dr Opangmeren Jamir.
