Anurag Bisen Participates in High North Talks at GCSP, Geneva

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Capt (IN) Anurag Bisen participated in High North Talks at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), Geneva, Switzerland, on 27-28 September 2022 and presented a paper on ‘India's Arctic Policy and current engagement’.

The talks were organised by the Diplomatic Dialogue Division of GCSP, based at Geneva, Switzerland. The Talks were held to brainstorm the implications of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict in the Arctic. Towards that, experts from the Arctic Council Countries and some from the prominent Observer countries, were invited, to discuss, brainstorm and provide their respective country perspectives on the region.
