Anurag Bisen Participates in 4th High North Talks at Yverdon Les Bains, Switzerland

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Capt (IN) Anurag Bisen participated in the 4th High North Talks at Yverdon Les Bains, Switzerland, on 05-06 October 2023. The talks were organised by the Diplomatic Dialogue Division of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, to address a range of topics, including the next steps for scientific cooperation and governance in the Arctic, potential areas of collaboration, and mitigation of potential confrontation in the Arctic.

Participants included representatives/subject matter experts from the eight Arctic Council States, some Observer states such as India, China, and Japan, and other experts from international organizations.
