Shekhar Sinha Delivers talk on Naval Dimensions of Security in the Indo-Pacific

Director General, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Amb Sujan R. Chinoy chaired the event. Deputy Director General, Maj Gen (Dr) Bipin Bakshi and MP-IDSA scholars were also present.
