29 killed and many injured in twin blasts in Iraq

  • According to Iraqi official said that 29 people have been killed in twin car bomb blasts in Baghdad. Providing details of the blasts, Army Brig. Gen. Ali Fathal said that 12 people were killed when a car bomb went off in western Baghdad’s Mansour neighbourhood. Minutes after this another car bomb exploded in Kazimiyah neighbourhood’s Adan square in the northern sector of the city in which least 9 people were killed. Two policemen were also killed in the blast, he added.1
