A Russian Proton-M rocket carrying an Inmarsat communications satellite will be launched August 19, a spokesman for the Russian Federal space agency, RSA stated on August 15. The Russian-American joint venture, International Launch Services, will launch the satellite from the Baikonur space center in Kazakhstan1.
