At least seven people killed and several injured as Houthi rebels try to storm National Security Agency building

  • Reports noted that at least seven people were killed and at least thirty others were injured as a group of Houthi rebels tried to storm the National Security Agency building in the capital Sanaa. The incident took place on June 9 when the Houthi rebels attacked the National Security Agency building with automatic weapons and grenades. The protesters were reportedly demanding the release of political detainees belonging to their community. Meanwhile, Ali al-Bokhayti, a Houthi leader, has said that five members of the group have been killed in the incident.1
