    • The Indian Government has announced the export of 32,094 tonnes of wheat flour to Maldives in 2011-2012, under the bilateral trade pact between the two countries.1 Meanwhile, Advisor and Special Envoy of the Prime Minister of Cambodia Ouch Borith paid a courtesy call on President Mohamed Nasheed on April 20, 2011 and presented a special letter from the Cambodian Prime Minister to the President. The Cambodian Prime Minister’s Special Envoy spoke on promoting cooperation in areas of tourism and agriculture between the two countries during the meeting. 2

    In other developments, President Mohamed Nasheed has sent a message of sympathy to President Barack Obama following the loss of life and widespread devastation caused by violent storms that has been ravaging parts of Southern United States.3
