According to reports, Justice (Retd) (Ms) Usha Mehra Commission submitted its report to the Government which was received by the Union Minister of Law & Justice Shri Ashwani Kumar and the Union Home Secretary Shri R.K.Singh on February 22, 2013. The Commission was constituted on December 26, 2012 to inquire into various aspects of shocking incidence of rape and brutal assault at a young woman in Delhi on December 16, 2012. 1
